A 30-year-old man has been shot in a paramilitary style attack in Belfast.

It happened in the Henry Street area around 1.30am this morning.

It's thought two men shot the victim once in both legs.

The man was treated for his injuries in hospital.

Police are calling the attack brutal and horrific.

Alternatively, if someone would prefer to provide information

without giving their details they can contact the independent charity

Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
