Host a 'Break the Rules Day' at your school and help raise funds for Q Radiothon
Q Radio is calling on all schools in Northern Ireland to take part in a fun event that allows pupils to ‘Break The Rules’ for one day.
By getting your school involved, you will be helping support adults and children across Northern Ireland affected by cancer, life-limiting and terminal illness. Q Radiothon supports four local charities: Action Cancer, Cancer Fund for Children, Friends of the Cancer Centre and Marie Curie.
This innovative fundraiser is an opportunity for pupils to ‘let their hair down’ and be mild rebels for the day! All we ask is that pupils donate £1 per rule break towards the Q Radiothon appeal.
YOUR BREAK THE RULES DAY CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE
Teachers and principals can choose which rules they are allowed to break in advance! The main rule is that everyone has FUN whilst raising funds for a worthy cause.
One lucky school who signs up for this event will win the chance to have Stephen & Cate broadcast the Q Breakfast show LIVE from their school on Friday 24th May 2019.
The event date for 'Break The Rules' day in Northern Ireland is 24th May 2019, but if it doesn’t suit your school you can run this event on any date, before the end of the term. All money raised can be donated at www.qradiothon/donate.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you might have and to make sure your school gets a shout out by the Q Radio breakfast team!
Listen to Q Radio from Thursday 30th May to Saturday 1st June 2019 to get involved and hear all the activity.
